1)Q: Does the cafeteria make a profit?
A: All profit goes to the Sachem Food Service.
2)Q: How Far in Advance do you make the food?
A: All food is made the same day.
3)Q: How do you decide the menu?
It is determined by the NY nutrition guidelines.
4)Q: Do you like this cafeteria food? Whats your Favorite? Least Favorite?
A: Her favorite food is Tacos, and her least favorite is the Thursday egg roll menu.
5)Q: How many cartons of milk do you go through in a single day?
A: About 500.
6)Q: Do you think kids are polite to you when you serve them?
A: Yes.
7)Q: What is the Most Popular food? Least Popular?
A: Most popular is probably Chicken Nuggets. Least popular is the fried rice and egg roll.
8)Q: What do you base the prices on?
A: All regulated by the state.
9)Q: Do you get any money from the vending machines?
A: Only money from the snack machines, other vending machines controlled by someone else.
10)Q: What time of day is hardest? Easiest?
6th period is hadest because it is the largest and loudest. Breakfast is the Easiest
